Example Definitions of "Escrow Redemption Price"
Escrow Redemption Price. Means 100% of the gross proceeds received from the sale of the Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Securities from the date hereof to, but not including, the Escrow Redemption Date.
Escrow Redemption Price. Means 100% of the gross proceeds received from the sale of the Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Securities from the date hereof hereof, or the most recent date on which interest has been paid or provided for, to, but not including, the Escrow Redemption Date.

Escrow Redemption Price. Means 100% of the gross proceeds received from the sale of the Securities, which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes the Pre-Funded Interest Amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Securities from the date hereof to, but not including, the Escrow Redemption Date.
