Example Definitions of "Escrow Release Date"
Escrow Release Date. Means the date upon which all or any portion of the Escrow Common Shares are released from escrow to the Investors pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Release Date. The date six (6) months immediately following the Effective Date.
