Escrow Term
Escrow Term. Shall mean the period beginning upon the Effective Date and ending upon the Escrow Account being released by the Escrow Agent to Pappagallo in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 3.4. In no event shall the Escrow Term extend beyond August 26, 2015.
