Escrowed Instruments

Escrowed Instruments. All stock certificates representing shares of Common Stock of TPL, all dividends which may be declared on such Common Stock during the term of this Agreement, all Additional Equity Securities (defined in Section 2.3 hereof) and all stock powers on deposit with Escrow Agent from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
