Esmark Merger

Esmark Merger. The merger of Parent into a subsidiary of New Esmark pursuant to the Esmark Merger Agreement, or any similar or successor transaction involving Parent and Esmark Incorporated. 6 "Esmark Transaction" means the transactions contemplated by the Esmark Merger Agreement or any similar or successor transaction involving the Borrower and Esmark Incorporated.
