ESOP Earnings. For any Plan Year, a book-entry amount to be credited as earnings or losses to a Participant's ESOP Supplemental Account equal to the earnings and losses that would be accrued by the Participant's ESOP Supplemental Account if it were invested in the Company Stock Fund under the Qualified Plan.
