Estimation Order
Estimation Order. Shall mean an order of the Bankruptcy Court estimating Plaintiffs' aggregate Allowed General Unsecured Claims against the Sellers, as contemplated by Section 3.2(c) of the AMSPA, substantially in the form to be agreed upon by the Parties.
