Example Definitions of "Eton"
Eton. For itself and its Affiliates, hereby grants to Sintetica in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a right and license, to its trademark, including to its name and logo, that is owned or controlled by ETON or its Affiliates for Sintetica to make the packs, labels, and leaflets for the Products for sale in the Territory. For avoidance of doubt, ETON and its Affiliates shall remain the owner of its trademarks.
