Example Definitions of "Euro Rate"
Euro Rate. Means, for any Fixed Rate Loan based upon the LIBOR Rate for any Interest Period therefor, a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/16 of 1%) to be equal to the quotient of (i) the LIBOR Rate for such Loan for such Interest Period, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement for such Loan for such Interest Period, plus three and one-half percent (3.5%).
Euro Rate. Shall mean, with respect to each Interest Period in respect of a Euro Loan, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/1000 of 1%) determined by the Lender to be equal to the quotient obtained by dividing (a) the applicable LIBOR in the case of Eurodollar Loans or EURIBOR in the case of Euro Denominated Loans for such Interest Period by (b) 1 minus the Reserve Requirement for such Euro Loan for such Interest Period.
