Europe Date

Europe Date. Means the later of: (a) the date on which R2 is able to meet CE certification requirements and produce a "Declaration of Conformance" for the R2 Product; or (b) the completion of the milestones in the Development Plan with respect to the R2 Product that will be distributed in Europe.
