Event Secondary Ancillary Rights Net Income

Event Secondary Ancillary Rights Net Income. Means the amount attributable to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series calculated by multiplying the percentage set forth in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement by Secondary Ancillary Rights Net Income before Industry Expenses and after Income Tax Provision earned during the calendar year in which an Event is held.
