Event Unvested Number

Event Unvested Number. Of shares of an Applicable Class in respect of a Redemption Event or Dividend Event in respect of an Option means the excess (if any) of the amount described in clause (i) of the definition of Participation Amount for such Option over the amount described in clause (ii) of the definition of Participation Amount for such Option.
