Ex-US Diagnostics Partner

Ex-US Diagnostics Partner. Means any Third Party to which Tocagen grants a license or other rights to develop or commercialize, outside the Territory, any Assay, Approved Product, or other in vitro diagnostic assay intended for use as a companion diagnostic for Tocagen Product or Other Tocagen Product.
