Excess Benefit Plan
Excess Benefit Plan. Means the Company's Supplemental Retirement Plan and any supplemental pensions provided to the Employee under any resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company or any subsidiary, and as the same may be modified, replaced or added to by the Company and its subsidiaries from time to time.
