Is the amount, if any, by which the outstanding amount of the Equipment B Advance exceeds the aggregate Eligible Equipment Invoice Amounts for which Borrowers have delivered invoices to Bank for purchases of Eligible Equipment made during the Equipment B Advance Purchase Period that are to be financed by the Equipment B Advance.
