Excess Funds Payments. All payments constituting Excess Funds of each Specified Subsidiary, whether such payment is in respect of, in the nature of, or the proceeds of, a Dividend, a Distribution, an advance of funds, the repayment of an inter-company obligation, or of any other nature.
