Example Definitions of "Excess Inventory"
Excess Inventory. Shall mean those items of Inventory listed in the Specifications and ordered for NetScreen which, are in A-Plus' or its subcontractor's possession, whose quantity exceed NetScreen Purchase Order requirements, at a referenced date and/or termination.
Excess Inventory. Materials and components in Jabil inventory that are in excess of current Company demand that were reasonably purchased or are reasonably on non-cancelable, nonreturnable order by Jabil based on a Build Schedule Forecast, Build Schedule, or other written instruction by Company to Jabil, that exceed the next [***] days of Company's Build Schedule Forecast, Build Schedule, and any other written instruction by Company to Jabil.
