Excess Pathfinder Liabilities Amount. An amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) sum of the Unpaid Pathfinder Liabilities and the Unpaid Pathfinder Expenses, over (b) $30,000,000. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is no such excess, then the Excess Pathfinder Class B Shares, the Unpaid Liability Ratio and the Excess Pathfinder Liabilities Amount shall each be equal to zero
