Example Definitions of "Excess Shareholder Value"
Excess Shareholder Value. Means, with respect to the total number of shares of Common Stock and limited partnership units of the Partnership exchangeable for Common Stock outstanding as of the Valuation Date, the aggregate positive dollar value, if any, of the compound annual Total Shareholder Return (as applied to such stock and units) for the Performance Period in excess of a compound annual Total Shareholder Return equivalent to 15% for such Performance Period.
