Exchange Act Documents. Shall mean all reports and statements required to be filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Exchange Act, together with all documents incorporated by reference therein or attached as exhibits thereto.

Exchange Act Documents. Means the documents filed by the Company with the Commission under the Exchange Act since the end of its most recently completed fiscal year and at least two (2) Business Days prior to the date hereof, including, without limitation, its report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2002 and its reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ending December 31, 2002, March 31, 2003 and June 30, 2003.

Exchange Act Documents. Means the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2002, as amended, and any other current or periodic report filed by the Company pursuant to the Exchange Act between the filing date of such Annual Report and the date of the Amendment.
