Example Definitions of "Exchange Act"
Exchange Act. Means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended and in effect from time to time, including all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Exchange Act. Shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended and in effect on the date of this Agreement.
Exchange Act. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Any reference in the Plan to a specific Section of the Exchange Act shall include such Section and any comparable provision of any future legislation amending, supplementing, or superseding such Section, and any valid regulation and other applicable authorities promulgated thereunder
