Exchange Date

Exchange Date. The date that is the later of (x) 365 days after the date hereof or (y) the 40th day after the effectiveness of the Exchange Offer Registration Statement

Exchange Date. The date on which the Company delivers the Common Stock in exchange for the Preferred Stock pursuant to the Exchange Offer

Exchange Date. The date that Exchange Securities are delivered by the Issuers to the Registrar under the Indenture of Exchange Securities in the same aggregate principal amount as the aggregate principal amount of Initial Securities that were tendered by Holders thereof pursuant to the Exchange Offer.

Exchange Date. The date on which the Company delivers the New Notes in exchange for the Existing Notes pursuant to the Exchange Offer.

Exchange Date. The date on which the Company issues the Shares pursuant to the Exchange Offer

Exchange Date. With respect to each Exchange Offer, the date on which the Company issues Shares pursuant to such Exchange Offer

Exchange Date. Means the date on which a Sponsor Person requests to exchange such Sponsor Person's Exchangeable Units for the Cash Amount or the Exchange Shares pursuant to the exercise of the Exchange Right, in accordance with the Tempo Operating Agreement.

Exchange Date. The date when a Sponsor Person desires the LLC to exchange the Exchangeable Units for the Cash Amount or the Exchanged Shares pursuant to the exercise of the Exchange Right.

Exchange Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Dealer Manager Agreement.
