Exchange Offer Registration Period. The 180-day period following the consummation of the Registered Exchange Offer, exclusive of any period during which any stop order shall be in effect suspending the effectiveness of the Exchange Offer Registration Statement; provided that the Exchange Offer Registration Period shall not extend beyond the date on which Exchanging Dealers are no longer required to deliver a prospectus in connection with the resale of any Exchange Securities.
Exchange Offer Registration Period. Means the 90-day period following the last date for acceptance for exchange of the Original Notes for New Notes in the Registered Exchange Offer, which period shall be extended by one day for each day of a Suspension Period.
