Example Definitions of "Excise Tax"
Excise Tax. Has the same meaning as in the Employment Agreement.
Excise Tax. Means any excise tax imposed by Code section 4999, together with any interest, penalties, additional tax or similar items that are incurred by the Executive with respect to the excise tax imposed by Code section 4999.
Excise Tax. Shall mean any excise tax imposed under section 4999 of the Code or any similar state or local tax or any interest or penalties incurred by Executive with respect to such excise tax.
Excise Tax. Shall mean the tax imposed under Section 4999 of the Code on an Excess Parachute Payment.
Excise Tax. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term on the Applicable Benefits Schedule.
Excise Tax. Means the excise tax imposed by Section 4999 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor or similar provision.
