Excluded Assets or Aged Inventory

Excluded Assets or Aged Inventory. Shall mean non-jewelry Inventory for sale designated by Buyer and Seller to have been in Seller's inventory for a period greater than 180 days prior to the Cash Closing date, and jewelry Inventory for sale designated by Buyer and Seller to have been in Seller's inventory for a period of greater than 360 days prior to the Cash Closing date.
