Excluded Business

Excluded Business. Shall mean the Excluded Assets together with the Excluded Liabilities and the Excluded Contracts, all of which does not form part of the Purchased Business. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Excluded Business shall include all of the Business which is owned and operated by Ormat Technologies Inc., directly or through its subsidiaries..
