Excluded Person. Any employee benefit plan of the Company and any trustee or other fiduciary holding securities under a Company employee benefit plan or any person described in and satisfying the conditions of Rule 13d-1(b)(i) of the Exchange Act
Excluded Person. Means: (i) Any person described in and satisfying the conditions of Rule 13d-1(b)(1) under the Exchange Act; (ii) The Company; (iii) An employee benefit plan (or related trust) sponsored or maintained by the Company or its successor; (iv) Any person who is the beneficial owner (as defined in Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act) of more than 15% of the Common Stock on the Effective Date (or any affiliate, successor, heir, descendant, or related party of or to such person).
Excluded Person. (i) the Company, (ii) any of the Company's Subsidiaries, (iii) any Holding Company, (iv) any employee benefit plan of the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or a Holding Company, or (v) any Person organized, appointed or established by the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or a Holding Company for or pursuant to the terms of any plan described in clause (iv).
Excluded Person. Means an Ineligible Person or a Person on an Exclusion List.
Excluded Person. AESE, any current stockholder of AESE owning 30% or more of the outstanding common stock of AESE, any employee benefit plan of WPT or AESE, or any employee stock ownership plan or similar plan of AESE or WPT.
