Exclusive Material

Exclusive Material. Means DuPont thick film material carrying the Product Number [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED], or Modifications thereof. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Modification" or "Modifications" of DuPont Product Number [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] shall mean any thick film material that [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED]
