Exclusive Parts

Exclusive Parts. Each part number designated as an "Exclusive Part" herein or in any Part Delivery Amendment and every Substitute Part associated with such part number (including all Parts for which the minimum specified percentage of Requirements is greater than zero, to the extent of such percentage). All of the Committed Parts and Existing Parts constitute Exclusive Parts.
