Excusable Delay. A (i) delay caused by unusually adverse weather conditions which have not been taken into account in the construction schedule, fire, earthquake or other acts of God, strikes, lockouts, acts of public enemy, riots or insurrections or any other unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of Borrower (except financial circumstances or events or matters which may be resolved by the payment of money), or (ii) a delay caused by Administrative Agent's failure to properly fund an Advance...
