Execution Date

Execution Date. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble

Execution Date. Shall mean the date on which this Agreement is finally executed by both Parties

Execution Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Execution Date. Means the date of execution of this Agreement by the last party who signs this Agreement, as conclusively determined by the dates noted in connection with each signature.

Execution Date. Means the date on which the last of Buyer and -------------- Seller provides notice to the other Party that (i) this Agreement has been duly executed, and (ii) all internal approvals to such execution have been obtained; provided, however, that if the Execution Date does not occur on or before July 14, 2000, then the Agreement shall be deemed to be null and void.

Execution Date. Means the date on which the last party to sign executes this Agreement.

Execution Date. Means the day the Purchase Agreement and the other Transaction Documents are executed by the parties.

Execution Date. The first date (the "Execution Date") on which the Administrative Agent shall have executed a counterpart of this Amendment and the Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received duly executed counterparts hereof that, when taken together, bear the authorized signatures of the Borrower, each Increasing Lender and the Existing Lenders constituting the Required Lenders under the Credit Agreement.

Execution Date. Shall mean the date of execution of this Remarketing Agreement by the parties.
