Example Definitions of "Executive Compensation Committee"
Executive Compensation Committee. Shall mean the committee of Board members appointed pursuant to Section 3(b) of the Plan to administer the Plan with respect to the individuals specified therein.
Executive Compensation Committee. A committee comprised of the Company's Chief Financial Officer, the Company's General Counsel, and the Company's Director of Compensation and Benefits.
