Executive Compensation Plan. Shall mean and refer to the annual executive compensation plan established by the Compensation Committee of the Board to incentivize and reward the performance of the Company's management for the compensation year in which the Severance Date occurs, and will typically include target performance objectives set at "Threshold," "Target" and "High" levels.
