Executive Management

Executive Management. Shall mean (i) an executive officer of the Company as defined for purposes of Rule 3b-7 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or (ii) any other employee of the Company or an Affiliate who is classified by the Company as a member of the executive management team.
