Executive Officer

Executive Officer. Means the President, any Vice President, the Secretary, and the Treasurer of the Company, but shall not include any officer of any Subsidiary or of any division, group, or other operational unit of the Company.

Executive Officer. Means the President, the Chief Executive Officer, or the Chief Financial Officer of Borrower elected from time to time.

Executive Officer. Means an officer of the Company who is from time to time designated as an "Executive Officer" Participant by the Committee. Participant's status may be changed from year to year.

Executive Officer. Shall mean those persons who are officers of the Company within the meaning of Rule l6a-1(f) of the Exchange Act and "Named Executive Officer" shall have the meaning set forth in Item 402 of Regulation S-K under the Exchange Act, or any successor thereto, as it may be amended from time to time.

Executive Officer. Shall mean an officer of the Company named by the Board of Directors as an executive officer for purposes of required reporting under Section 16 of the Exchange Act.

Executive Officer. Shall mean those persons who are officers of the Company within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(f) of the Exchange Act.

Executive Officer. Means any of the following persons: James S. Adams, Maxwell E. Bublitz, Bruce A. Crittenden, Ngaire E. Cuneo (and related trusts) and Thomas J. Kilian.

Executive Officer. An "officer" of the Company within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(f) of the Exchange Act.

Executive Officer. Means an "executive officer", as defined in Rule 3b-7 under the Exchange Act, with respect to the Company (or, if the Company is no longer a public company, individuals who would be such an executive officer if the Company was a public company).

Executive Officer. Means an executive who (a) is employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries, (b) is designated by the Company as an "executive officer" of the Company consistent with 17 CFR 240.3b-7, and (c) is not the Company's Chief Executive Officer. 3
