Executive Officer

Executive Officer. Means, at any time, an individual who is an executive officer of the Company within the meaning of Exchange Act Rule 3b-7 or who is an officer of the Company within the meaning of Exchange Act Rule 16a-1(f).

Executive Officer. Executive Officer. Means a Person who is the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, general counsel, controller, corporate vice president, regional vice president, controller or manager, or area president of the Company.
