Executive Officer. An officer of the Company under the definition of officer in Rule 16a-1(f) of the regulations promulgated by the SEC under the 1934 Act
Executive Officer. An individual elected as an Executive Officer of the Company by the Committee for purposes of determination and payment of incentive compensation awards under the Plan
Executive Officer. Executive Officer. Shall mean any Participant required to provide periodic statements of beneficial ownership of Company equity securities as an executive officer of the Company under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
