Executive. Any "executive officer", as such term is defined in Rule 3b-7 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, of the Company selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan

(Evidence of approval of any item covered by this clause may be in the form of an expense or relocation report reflecting such expenses that is approved by the Chairman.)
