Executory Contracts. Means the contracts, unexpired leases and other agreements of an executory nature within the meaning of Section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code to which Seller is a party which are a part of the Assumed Contracts as set forth by party names, date and cure amounts on Exhibit A(ii) attached hereto.
