Exempt Holders

Exempt Holders. Shall mean American Financial Group, Inc., each of its subsidiaries and Affiliates, Carl H. Lindner, his spouse, his children and their spouses and his grandchildren (or the legal representative of any such person) and each trust for the benefit of each such person.
