Example Definitions of "Exercisability Date"
Exercisability Date. The first (1st) Trading Day after all Proposals have been approved by the requisite stockholders of the Company; provided, however, in the event of a Fundamental Transaction prior to obtaining shareholder approval of the Proposals, the first (1st) Trading Day following the closing of the Fundamental Transaction shall be deemed the Exercisability Date; provided, further, that treatment of this Warrant in the event of a Fundamental Transaction is addressed in Section 4(b) above.
Exercisability Date.
