Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Warrants.
Exercise Price. Means 110% of the per share offering price to the public in the IPO.
Exercise Price. An amount equal to (i) $500,000,000.00 divided by (ii) the Fully Diluted Shares at the Maturity Date, or if the exercise of this Warrant occurs prior to the Maturity Date, the Fully Diluted Shares at the date of the exercise of this Warrant.
Exercise Price. One dollar ($1.00) per share.
Exercise Price. The exercise price for the Shares shall be as follows: If the Qualified Financing is an Initial Public Offering, the Exercise Price shall be the price per share of securities sold to investors in the Initial Public Offering. If the Qualified Financing is a Mezzanine Financing, the Exercise Price shall be the price per share of the securities sold to investors in the Mezzanine Financing. Exercise Price. The exercise price for the Shares shall be Fifteen Cents ($0.15) per share (such price, as adjusted from time to time, is herein referred to as the "Exercise Price").
