Exercise Price

Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.01 per Exercise Share, subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms herein.

Exercise Price. Means $6.8604 ("INITIAL EXERCISE PRICE"), provided, however, that on and after the one-year anniversary of the Commencement Date, the Exercise Price hereunder shall be automatically adjusted to (and shall thereafter equal, until further adjusted) an exercise price (the "ADJUSTED PRICE") equal to the lesser of (A) the Initial Exercise Price and (B) the average of the closing bid prices for the Common Stock on the Principal Market during the Pricing Period (as defined below), provided that the... Exercise Price. The exercise price per Warrant Share under this Warrant shall be $1.24, subject to adjustment hereunder (the "Exercise Price").

Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.86 per share.

Exercise Price. Has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Warrant.

Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.94, the 10-day trailing average closing price of the Company's Common Stock as reported on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board on October 2, the date of grant by the Board of Directors of the Company.

Exercise Price. Shall have meaning ascribed to such term in the Warrants.

Exercise Price. Means the price at which a Participant may exercise his or her right to receive cash or Common Stock, as applicable, under the terms of an Award.

Exercise Price. Means, with respect to an Option, the price per share at which a Participant may exercise his Option to acquire all or a portion of the shares of Common Stock that are the subject of such Option. In no event shall the Exercise Price of any Common Stock subject to an Option be less than the Fair Market Value of the Company's Common Stock determined as of the Date of Grant.

Exercise Price. The price at which a Participant may purchase a Share pursuant to an Option.
