Exercise Price

Exercise Price. The exercise price per Share shall be $1.25 (as adjusted from time to time after the Issuance Date in accordance with Section 6 herein, the "Exercise Price").

Exercise Price. 6.50 per share of Common Stock if the Warrant Shares shall be shares of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as provided herein.

Exercise Price. The purchase price payable upon exercise of an Option as set forth in the applicable Grantee's Unit Award Agreement

Exercise Price. The Fair Market Value of a Share on the Grant Date

Exercise Price. In the case of an Option, the value of the consideration that an Optionee must provide in exchange for one share of Common Stock. In the case of a SAR, "Exercise Price," means an amount which is subtracted from the Fair Market Value in determining the amount payable upon exercise of such SAR

Exercise Price. $0.15 per share of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as provided herein

Exercise Price. Shall mean (i) as to the Initial Shares, $0.3797 per Exercise Share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below, and (ii) as to the Additional 1 Shares, either (x) $0.3797 per Exercise Share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5, below if the Specified Preferred is Series B Preferred, or (y) the Conversion Price (as defined in the Note actually purchased by the Holder), if the Specified Preferred is any other series of preferred stock of the Company.

Exercise Price. (x) $1.30 per share of Common Stock if the Warrant Shares shall be shares of Common Stock or (y) $130.00 per share of Series 1 Preferred Stock if the Warrant Shares shall be shares of Series 1 Preferred Stock, in each case, subject to adjustment as provided herein.

Exercise Price. The price per share of Common Stock, determined by the Board or the Committee, at which an Option may be exercised

Exercise Price. The price at which a share of Incentive Stock may be purchased by a particular Participant pursuant to the exercise of an Option
