Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. An amount equal to USD $5.30 per share (as may be adjusted from time to time as provided herein).
Exercise Price. As to any share of Applicable Stock, the Common Exercise Price, as it may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5; provided, however, that, notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Holder elects for this Warrant to be exercisable for Future Round Securities, then the Exercise Price shall be the Future Round Price, as it may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5.
Exercise Price. Means $0.15 with respect to up to 3,021,191 Warrant Shares.
Exercise Price. As it may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5, the Series F Price.
Exercise Price. Will be equal to the lower of (i) the Original Issue Price of the Series B-3 Preferred Stock and (ii) 75% of the Note Conversion Price, provided, however, that in the event all or part of this Warrant is exercised prior to the conversion of the Note, the Exercise Price shall be equal to the Original Issue Price of the Series B-3 Preferred Stock.
Exercise Price. The exercise price per share of a Call Option as determined by the Administrator, which in no case shall be less than 50% of the Fair Market Value of the SV Stock as determined by the Administrator, and documented in the corresponding Notice
Exercise Price. $1.36 per share
Exercise Price. The price at which a holder of an Option may purchase the Shares issuable upon exercise of the Option, and in the case of a Stock Appreciation Right the value specified on the date of grant that is subtracted from the Fair Market Value when such Stock Appreciation Right is settled.
