Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. The meaning provided in the introductory paragraph hereto
Exercise Price. The price at which a Participant may exercise an Option or SAR.
Exercise Price. The Conversion Price set forth in the Holder Note (subject to adjustment as provided herein), provided that if a Qualified Financing does not occur on or prior to the Maturity Date of the Holder Note, the Exercise Price shall be equal to the price per share obtained by dividing (x) $3,000,000 by (y) the number of Fully-Diluted Shares outstanding immediately prior to the Maturity Date.
