Existing Businesses

Existing Businesses. Shall mean any of Group 1's business operations as of, or directly related to those operations as of, the date of this Agreement. If an acquisition is consummated that is directly related to any of the Existing Businesses, the Board shall determine, in advance of the closing of such acquisition, whether (and if so, to what extent) the financial results from such transaction shall be included in the calculation of Bowen's bonus.
