Existing Cinemark USA Shareholders. Shall mean Lee Roy Mitchell (or any Family Donee of Lee Roy Mitchell), CGI Equities, Inc., The Mitchell Special Trust, The Mitchell Grandchildren Trust for Crystal Lee Roberts, The Mitchell Grandchildren Trust for Cassie Ann Roberts, The Mitchell Grandchildren Trust for Lasey Marie Lee, The Mitchell Grandchildren Trust for Ashley Ann Lee, The Mitchell Grandchildren Trust for Skyler Kaye Mitchell, Cypress Merchant Banking Partners L.P., and Cypress Pictures Ltd. For purposes of this definition,...
