Existing Client

Existing Client. Means any Person that was sold and/or provided any business, product, or service (including, without limitation, any veterinary services) that is a part of or relates to the Restricted Business by the Practice, any Seller Party, or Purchaser at any time prior to the Closing Date.

Existing Client. Means a person or entity that is a Client as of the Effective Date.

Existing Client. Means any Person that was sold and/or provided any business, product, or service that is a part of or relates to the Restricted Business by Seller, Owner, or Purchaser at any time on or prior to the Closing Date.

Existing Client. A person or entity who is a customer of the Company or of any of its Affiliates at the time of Executive's termination of employment and with whom the Executive had direct contact on behalf of the Company or any of its Affiliates at any time during the period of Executive's employment hereunder.
