EXISTING CREDITORS COLLATERAL

EXISTING CREDITORS COLLATERAL. Means all tangible and intangible personal property of SCB, including, without limitation, its accounts, general intangibles, intellectual property, documents, chattel paper, instruments, money, deposit accounts, securities, machinery, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, inventory, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, and all products and proceeds of any thereof.
