EXISTING CREDITORS FINANCING DOCUMENTS

EXISTING CREDITORS FINANCING DOCUMENTS. Means all present and future loan agreements, notes, reimbursement agreements, security documents or other documents or agreements in any way evidencing or documenting the Existing Creditors' Claims against SCB, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, renewed, extended or restated.
