Existing Distributor

Existing Distributor. Any third-party distributor that DSW uses to provide bottled water exchange distribution services for DSW Customers as of Effective Date, as listed on Schedule A, provided, however, the parties understand and agree that upon the execution of this Agreement, the names of the Existing Distributors shall be redacted from Schedule A but shall be revealed by DSW to Primo promptly following execution of this Agreement
